Ansätze zur Gestaltung der Ernährungssysteme von morgen: Game changers

Unter dem Motto "Gemeinsam nachhaltig ernähren" haben sich über 1.200 Akteur*innen der Ernährungssysteme am Nationalen Dialog beteiligt. Dieser partizipative Prozess wird durch die BLE im Auftrag des BMEL durchgeführt. Auf der BioFach werden Kernaussagen vorgestellt und diskutiert. Aus der Arbeit in den 5 Themenfeldern heraus wird über „Ansätze zur Gestaltung der Ernährungssysteme von morgen“ berichtet.

Kontaminationen vermeiden: Welche Vorsorgemaßnahmen müssen Bio-Unternehmer*innen zukünftig ergreifen?

Die Vorsorgepflichten zur "Vermeidung des Vorhandenseins nicht zugelassener Erzeugnisse und Stoffe" werden in der Öko-Verordnung (EU) 2018/848 konkretisiert. Im Vortrag wird u.a. erläutert, welche Vorsorgemaßnahmen Bio-Unternehmen aus Landwirtschaft, Verarbeitung und Handel/Import künftig treffen müssen, um Kontaminationen zu vermeiden und wie kritische Punkte systematisch ermittelt werden können.
