Gibt es weibliche Vorstellungen von Führung, Verantwortung und (Arbeits)leben? Und wie passt meine Führungsrolle zu dem Leben, das ich führen möchte - innerhalb und außerhalb der Arbeit? Dazu gibt es auf der BIOFACH eine kleine Ausstellung mit Aquarellen und kurzen Textimpulsen. Zusammen mit Rebecca Franz-Wippermann, Geschäftsführerin vom FiBL e.V., laden wir junge (und ältere) Entscheider*innen ein zusammenzukommen, sich die Bilder anzusehen und inspiriert davon miteinander ins Gespräch zu gehen: Wozu gehe ich in Resonanz, was schreckt mich ab? Wie spezifisch weiblich sind bestimmte Perspektiven, wie spezifisch jung? Was kommt noch zum Tragen in meiner Führung? Wann ist es leicht und freudvoll für mich, wann ist es schwer und mühsam?

Ein Weiterbildungsangebot für regionales Bio-Wertschöpfungskettenmanagement – Lessons learned und Ausblick

Im Rahmen des Projektes QC_RegioBio (BÖL-gefördert) wurde ein Jahreskurs für bio-regionale Wertschöpfungskettenentwickler*innen konzipiert und mit 20 Teilnehmenden durchgeführt (Oktober 2024 – September 2025). Erprobt wurde dabei eine Mischung aus Präsenz- und Online-Seminaren sowie Selbstlerneinheiten (Lernpfade). Vorgestellt wird ein Fazit zum Testlauf der Weiterbildung sowie Möglichkeiten der Weiterführung.
